For our out of town guests that are flying, we recommend flying into the Pensacola Airport or the Mobile Airport. Both the Pensacola and Mobile Airports are approximately one hour from the Grand Hotel.

Please see the “Travel & Stay” tab for recommended accommodations. A room block has been reserved at the Grand Hotel, where both the ceremony and reception will take place.

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at the Grand Hotel, and transportation will not be provided for guests staying at other accommodations. While rideshare services such as Uber may be available in the area, they can be limited, so we recommend staying at the Grand Hotel or planning transportation from other accommodations in advance.

The wedding ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m. We ask that guests arrive by 3:45 p.m.

The wedding ceremony and reception dress code is black tie.

We love your little ones, but our welcome party, wedding ceremony, and reception will be adults-only celebrations. If you need childcare during the weekend, please feel free to contact us for local babysitting recommendations.
